Managing director found dead after fall from bicycle in Putrajaya

PUTRAJAYA: A 54-year-old cyclist died after falling from his bicycle near the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) this morning.

Putrajaya Police chief Asst Comm Rosly Hassan said a civilian who was passing by along Persiaran Selatan here noticed the man lying motionless on the side of the road after falling from his bicycle.

“In the 10.10am incident, the civilian rushed to his aid but the cyclist had already passed away,” he said, adding that police have classified the case as sudden death.

“The deceased has been identified as Mohamad Radzif Ruslan, a managing director for a private company,” he added.

Rosly said the deceased was brought to the Putrajaya Hospital and a post-mortem was carried out by Dr Munira Shamim.
