KUALA LUMPUR: Bloggers and Instagram users will stand a chance to win RM10,000 if they can present evidence that DAP’s Lim Kit Siang is a racist and a dictator.
Umno information chief Tan Sri Annuar Musa said he would award the prize money to the individual who can present him with evidence of Lim’s true character.
“People can submit their entries to my office for the contest which ends on May 30.
“I will raise the money to pay the winner,” he told reporters at the media centre in Parliament today.
Annuar said the blog postings and Instagram pictures should be based on facts.
He added that Lim was free to call him names and that it is up to the public to assess those statements.
This announcement came after Lim had labelled Annuar, the “father of all racists”.
