KUALA TERENGGANU: A total of 23 former students of the Wakaf Tembesu Vocational College, Kuala Nerus, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court here today to charges of causing injury to three of their friends in a bullying incident in August last year.
All the accused, who were 17-years-old when the incident took place, simply nodded their head to indicate that they understood the five charges under Section 323 of the Penal Code for intentionally causing hurt.
The charges were read together with Section 34 of the Penal Code before Magistrate Abdul Hayyi Salim.
Their victims were aged betwen 16 and 17.
The offence took place in a room and outside a surau at the college, between 9pm to 10.30 pm on August 7, 2017 and between 1.35am to 3.40am on August 8, 2017.
