KUALA LUMPUR: An actress has been detained during a raid at a luxury condominium in Bukit Ceylon following a tip from the public that there was a wild party going on there early morning yesterday.

The 12.30am raid conducted by Dang Wangi Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division also saw 18 others arrested.

Checks found that 11 male and 8 female aged between 21 and late 40s were in a unit on the eighth floor. Also found during the raid were amplifier, portable disco light, subwoofer, and four black plastic bags believed to contain methamphetamine.

Further investigation found that the 28-year-old party organiser is also a businessman with the title ‘Datuk’ and he was believed to have fully sponsored the party, including the drug supply.
