PM visits Orang Asli village during Pagoh trip [NSTTV]

PAGOH: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak spent about 20 minutes this morning meeting with the Orang Asli community in Kampung Sentosa here.

Najib, who was accompanied by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, arrived at about 9.30am and was received by the village's Tok Batin Ayu Enn.

He then launched the kick-off of a futsal match between local youths and police personnel.

This was followed by the prime minister’s announcement of a RM20,000 allocation to install flood lights at the futsal court.

"This is an example of the government's concern in ensuring that all (aid) that we (extend) arrive at the attended targets.

"Hopefully, with this allocation, the people here will achieved a better quality of living," he said.

Najib then spent a few minutes handing over special t-shirts to the excited villagers.
