IRB improves its service delivery

PUTRAJAYA: The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has launched the ePerolehan (eP) system and the Suppliers’ Portal as a continuous effort to improve service delivery to suppliers, price denominators, and bidders dealing with the board.

In a statement today, the IRB said the eP system was an electronic procurement management system which acted as a platform for companies to take part in the procurement service offers, supplies, and jobs in IRB.

The services offered via the eP system , comprised registration or access renewal, offer statements, purchase of offer documents, participation in an offer, and commissioning of receipts either by tender, quotation or direct purchase, IRB said.

“The e-portal for suppliers is a value added service provided to IRB’s suppliers to work together via online especially in financial matters and payments.

“The facilities are among the updating of suppliers’ general information, online purchasing orders, uploading financial documents, updating supply or work completed and payment status,” it added.

IRB said consumers could access eP system via www.hasil.gov.my or pautan pantas https://www.tenderwizard.my/LHDNM and https://kewpembekal.hasil.gov.my untuk for Suppliers’ Portal.
