Watch: Netizens see red over teenagers causing public disturbances

KUALA LUMPUR: A group of teenagers used slingshots to hurl projectiles at passing vehicles on the road around Jalan Anggerik here, angering members of the public.

Their behaviour was caught on video, which has gone viral on Twitter.

Several videos posted by Twitter user Syazwan showed the group hiding on the road shoulder and using their slingshots on vehicles.

One of them was also seen making a scene at a shop by throwing things and swearing.

Not only that, they also laid down on the road, posing an obstacle to traffic.

Meanwhile, Cheras police chief Mohamed Mokhsein Mohamed Zon said so far, police have not received any reports on the incident.

“However, we will deploy more patrol teams to check the location. Members of the public who have information on the matter are urged to contact Cheras Police Headquarters’ Operation Rooms at 03-9284 5050 or 03-9284 5051 for further action,” he said.
