TNB: Domestic users will receive details on BPE with July bill

KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) domestic users can view details of their Bantuan Prihatin Elektrik (BPE) subsidy for the months of April, May and June in a detailed statement which will be issued this month.

Users will receive the detailed statement together with their July bill via mail within a period of seven days after their meter is read.

"They can also view the statement and bills online via the myTNB website and app, 48 hours after receiving the Customer Notice.

"TNB meter readers will commence readings for July's bill at customers' premises from July 3, and customers will receive the Customer Notice to inform them that the reading was done," said the utility company in a statement today.
