KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim offered heartfelt prayers for veteran artiste Jalil Hamid, currently facing health challenges.
"Alhamdulillah, yesterday, my political secretary, Farhan Fauzi, had the opportunity to visit Jalil Hamid and deliver aid to him.
"I pray that Jalil is blessed with health and strength by Allah SWT," he said on his Facebook page today.
Jalil, a versatile artiste renowned for his satirical song "Ayam", has been grappling with heart problems for the past few years, resulting in a significant weight loss of over 30kg.
