IGP tells his men to soldier on for the nation

KUALA LUMPUR: The Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain has told his men to persevere in their duties for the betterment of the country.

"To the members of the force who are on duty during the festivities, please continue your dedicated efforts for the sake of peace and the well-being of the Malaysia Madani that we hold dear.

"May all of your contributions be greatly rewarded by Allah," he said in his Hari Raya Aidilfitri address, as posted on the force's Facebook page.

He stated that the force will continue praying and hoping endlessly for those in Palestine, who are oppressed and shackled by the ravages of war, enduring suffering under the grip of the enemy of Islam.

"May Allah always be in their favour, and may victory prevail for them," he added.

Razarudin and his wife conveyed heartfelt Hari Raya Aidilfitri greetings to all Malaysians and members of the police force.
