KUALA LUMPUR: A viral video of a woman trying to free a snake stuck between two cement slabs in a house, believed to be somewhere in Kelantan a few days before Hari Raya, has won her the title of 'woman of bravery' among netizens.
The short video posted by Aciklaksa on her Tik Tok account two days ago shows the woman, with no fear, dressed in pyjamas and headscarf struggling to free the python.
The snake, which can be seen moving, looks to have half of its body stuck, with its tail partly visible in the video.
In an effort to free the snake, the woman uses a cloth to hold the snake's tail before using all her strength to try and pull it out.
Despite trying really hard, she still fails and ends up falling to the ground. The video which was paired with the Alamak! Raya Lagi song in the background has been viewed thousands of times and liked by more than 26,000 Tik Tok users and shared more than 2,300 times.
The video also has so far received 2,400 comments from netizens who mostly praised her determination and the others mostly were comments from amused netizens.
Tik Toker, green2gold7 commented saying the woman must be a civil defence officer who was on leave for Raya, for the effort she put to try and free the animal.
Another user Adi Putra complimented her for her bravery, saying "berani akak ni".
Then there were also others who joked about 'cooking' the snake for the upcoming Hari Raya celebration.
Another user Samsol Teguh joked and said she could use the meat to make rendang.
