Anwar hospitalised with irregular blood pressure

KUALA LUMPUR: De facto PKR leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has been warded at Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) due to irregular blood pressure readings.

PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil said in a statement that Anwar was rushed to HKL at 2pm where he was placed under observation in an attempt to stabilise his condition.

He said Anwar, who has been incarcerated in Sungai Buloh Prison since 2015, also needed intensive physiotherapy for an old shoulder injury.
