SEREMBAN: ‘Thank God I made it,’ said Azley Fatin Azzren Azman, 29, the last voter who arrived at Sekolah Kebangsaan Wawasan Seremban 2 polling station at 4.50pm.
Azley Fatin who arrived with 10 minutes left of the voting time with his three-year-old daughter who was not feeling well.
"I just tried my luck as I thought I would not make it. Luckily the SPR officer told me that I could still vote as there was still 10 minutes left," he said.
According to him, his lateness was due to the fact that he had some personal matter to attend to first as well as taking Nik Madeena to the clinic.
"As soon I finished taking my daughter to the clinic, I rushed here and ran to channel 12 to cast my votes," he said.
"Alhamdulillah, I managed to perform my responsibility this time," said Azley Fatin, who lives in Park Avenue, Seremban 2.
This is the second time he voted in the general election.
