Zuraida, Annuar find comfort in each other and Muafakat Nasional?

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Ampang member of parliament Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin has joined a non-governmental organisation formed by another ex-MP, Tan Sri Annuar Musa.

Annuar, the ex-Ketereh MP who was sacked from Umno recently, posted on Facebook that Zuraida had joined his NGO, Muafakat Nasional.

He thanked the Parti Bangsa Malaysia member for visiting him at his office.

"Thank you also for joinng Muafakat Nasional," said Annuar, who is president of the NGO which he registered using the same name as the former pact between Umno and Pas.

On Monday, he had claimed that the NGO had received more than 10,000 membership applications online withing 24 hours.

In a separate Facebook post, Annuar said he had paid a visit to former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad at the latter's office at the Perdana Leadership foundation, adding that the two had exchanged views during the meeting.
