Let me share with you some simple stress management secrets that you can adopt without forking out tonnes of money.

First, identify the source of your stress.

Where does it come from?

Once you identify the source, you can reduce it to bite-sized issues.

Second, change the situation that causes the issues in the first place, or they will pile
on until it becomes unmanageable.

Third, learn how to relax.

Being grumpy when handling a situation is a sure
way of pushing the stress level up.

Accept what comes your way and do it with a smile.

There is a lot of truth in the saying, smile and the world smiles with you.

Fourth, remember what the doctor ordered.

Eat healthy and you will sleep healthy.

Fifth, do not forget to visit the gym.

Health is wealth.

Finally, just keep away from things and people that cause you stress.

So, if you want to be a cheerful person, let your stress go.

Learn to forgive and accept the fact that we live in an imperfect world of imperfect people.
