Sime's Lot 15 an instant hit

Sime Darby Property Bhd’s Lot 15 apartment project was an instant hit when it was launched a few months ago and now only a few units are left.

Lot 15 opened for sale in the middle of November, targeting first-time home buyers, young professionals and investors.

The project, located within the company’s RM4 billion Subang Jaya City Centre (SJCC), achieved a strong 64 per cent take-up rate during the two-day sale.

Lot 15 comprises two 20-storey

serviced apartment blocks with a total

of 361 homes and three levels of retail units.

The built-ups of the serviced apartments range from 624 sq ft to 1,001 sq ft, selling from RM593,888 (before Bumiputera discount and sales rebate) to RM1 million.

The 0.89ha freehold project has a gross development value of RM269.2 million.

Sime Darby Property launched the final units in Lot 10 last weekend.

Sime Darby Property chief marketing and sales officer Gerard Yuen said Lot 15 has been selling well due to its interconnectivity with facilities and amenities, such as the Subang Jaya LRT station and popular shopping malls.

Yuen said Lot 15 was designed to fulfil the needs of a progressive community while reflecting the unmistakable spirit and culture of Subang Jaya.

All rooms have been meticulously designed facing outwards, with views maximised by large wall-to-wall windows.

The incorporation of deep reinforced concrete (RC) ledges along the windows provide shade from the sun.

Side by side living and dining areas allow for flexible space utilisation, with ample natural light and ventilation.

Selected units fitted with bay windows enjoy accentuated views and a feeling of spaciousness.

All units are also designed with a 1:1 bedroom to bathroom ratio.
