SIME Darby Property’s Bandar Bukit Raja is selling houses priced from RM1.5 million and the take-up is positive, thanks to its Spotlight 8 campaign.
Spotlight 8 offers customers the opportunity to purchase Sime Darby Property’s wide range of properties in its townships in Klang Valley, Negri Sembilan and Johor.
The campaign runs from July 13 to 29 September this year, with Superdeals and new launches every weekend.
The township’s first semi-detached and lakeside homes, Laman Lakeside, achieved a 72 per cent take-up when it was unveiled to the public last month.
The low-density development of 24 semi-detached homes is located along a waterfront with a built-up area from 3,106 sq ft and is selling from RM1.5 million.
Sime Darby Property general manager Mohd Idris Abdullah said launching a property with a starting price tag from RM1.5 million is a bold move, especially for Bandar Bukit Raja which is known for its affordable to mid-range priced products.
“The response we received shows that demand exists for luxury homes at the township. We know this is due to exceptional living experience offered by Bandar Bukit Raja and its connectivity to key locations in the Klang Valley. The addition of Laman Lakeside is to diversify our offerings at Bandar Bukit Raja, thus fulfilling the various demands of the property market,” said Idris in a statement.
Carrying the hallmarks of quality homes, Laman Lakeside incorporates the BBR Home Design Principles that creates liveable homes with natural ventilation and lighting, in harmony with nature and a multi-generational living concept.
Designed for space, comfort and flexibility, the homes are equipped with alarm systems and located within an enclave for privacy with a single entrance and exit.
Laman Lakeside is the second residential product launched last month in Bandar Bukit Raja, which is also home to the largest well-planned 40.47ha town park in Klang.
The first launch was Kyra, comprising 194 freehold ‘20x75’ double-storey link homes priced from RM563,888. Kyra has achieved a take-up of 86 per cent to date. At the time of launch, 80 per cent of the total units were sold.
The latest Superdeals from Spotlight 8 took place last weekend at KL East, offering freehold residential units at The Ridge, The Véo and Serini Melawati, with additional rebates from RM91,000.
