Agile Embassy Garden is situated at a low-density community area which one can enjoy tranquility and yet able to enjoy the vibrant living of city vibes. It boast breathtaking views of Kuala Lumpur city skyline, and the lush greenery view of Royal Selangor Golf Club.

The 64-storey towers standing at 234-metres each are strategically positioned to maximise the panoramic views surrounding famous landmarks in Kuala Lumpur such as the Petronas Twin Towers, TRX (Tun Razak Exchange) and KL Tower.

There will be a total of 1,296 units with built-ups ranging from 554 sq ft to 1,005 sq ft, and four retails spanned across the three towers (Tower A,B,C).

Agile aims to deliver Tower A in the fourth quarter of 2024. Tower B and C are slated to be completed in March 2025 and in August 2025, respectively.

Agile Embassy Garden is suitable for personal residence and investment because of different size of units to fill the need.

There are numerous embassies and multinational companies surrounding the project that makes it the future home for expatriates, small families and white collars.

The project benefits from a well-designed and considered approach when it comes to connectivity, with accessibility being a central part of the development. There’s ease of travel to the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), as well as further connectivity to the Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) Highway and the Maju Expressway (MEX).

Residents will enjoy numerous facilities including an infinity pool and sky lounge on the rooftop, gymnasium, children’s playground and jacuzzi on the ninth floor.

The signature feature of the development is the portal design that frames the sky lounge on the 64th storey that overlooks the pinnacle of Petronas Towers and KL Tower at eye level.

At more than two hundred metres above ground, the sky lounge and the infinity pool offer a breath-taking venue for social gathering and recreation.

A distinguish feature of this project is the eight-tier security system that includes visitor management system, vehicle access control, lobby access card, elevator floor access card, 24/7 patrol system, smart security system and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. This assures your peace-of-mind living is safeguarded and hassle free.

The building architecture is designed by Singapore’s DP Architects, the same design architect for Agile Bukit Bintang and Agile Mont Kiara. DP Architects also designed The Dubai Mall (world’s largest mall), Singapore’s Marina Centre, Esplanade and was the master planner for Orchard Road shopping belt.

Others involved in the project are ARCALLIANCE and AECOM which designed the landscape.

The rainforest concept in the development create a visual feast of over 20 types of tropical species, providing green living experience in the city.

Inspired by Malaysia’s natural landscape, the design seeks to introduce an exclusive resort lifestyle within an urban oasis whereby its residents live in nature surrounded by lush gardens, courtyards, water bodies and wide selection of facilities.

Agile first came to Malaysia in 2015 and it’s flagship project is Agile Mont Kiara, which was introduced in 2016.
