KUANTAN: Pahang’s Indonesian star Saddil Ramdani admits that he is not satisfied with his performances so far for The Elephants in the Malaysia League (M-League) competition, specifically in Super League matches.

The speedy 20-year-old winger who hails from Raha in Indonesia said that there is still a lot that he needs to improve on, especially in terms of his style of play, so that he can help the team to succeed.

“Personally, I have never been satisfied in the matches that I have played in so far because there’s still so much to learn in order for me to become a better player all round.

“What I must do is to work hard and play even better. However for now, I am thankful for all the assistance and cooperation that has been extended to me which I really appreciate,” said Saddil.

Saddil, who used to play for Persela Lamongan back in his native Indonesia, has so far scored one goal when Pahang defeated Kuala Lumpur 3-1on February 1st.

When asked as to how Pahang will fare against PKNS FC at the Shah Alam Stadium this Sunday, Saddil firmly believes that they will be able to play to the best of their abilities and prevail over their opponents.

He said that the 1-1 draw at home against Petaling Jaya City FC last week was indeed disappointing, but he is adamant that they will make up for it when they take on PKNS so that they can further strengthen their position in the league.

“This is why my teammates and I will go all out to ensure that Pahang perform well even though we will be playing away from home,” he said.

After eight matches, Dollah Salleh and his charges are in second spot with 18 points, just two points adrift of league leaders Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT).
