Watch: Maid tosses 40 items – including wheelchair – from Singapore apartment window

KUALA LUMPUR: A 31-year-old maid has been arrested for throwing items – including a wheelchair – from a flat on the second floor of an apartment building at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9 in Singapore.

According to a report in Stomp, the Indonesian maid tossed a large number of items from the kitchen window of a second-storey unit at Block 623.

The incident, which occurred on Friday, was caught on camera and the video has since gone viral on social media.

Among the items which were tossed out were a rice cooker, a kettle, pots, pans, clothing items and a laundry pole.

According to Shin Min Daily News, the maid threw out more than 40 items within the space of an hour.

While there was a group of about 20 people gathered at the block, watching in horror as the event unfolded, no one was injured in the incident.

The event took place days after a Form Three student was killed by a chair which was thrown off an upper-floor flat in Pantai Dalam in Kuala Lumpur. – SAYS.COM
