PAGOH: Heavy rain has brought floods to several areas near here in recent days.
The places affected included Kampung Terus Darat, Kampung Jawa Panchur, Kampung Panjang Sari and Pagoh Jaya.
The Pagoh Parliament Community Service Office brought aid to flood victims.
Pagoh parliamentarian special officer Datuk Tahir Taat and Pagoh Perikatan Nasional secretary Atiman Kadar visited the locations to also assist villagers.
In Taman Pagoh Jaya, Bukit Pasir assemblyman Najib Lep visited an area hit by landslide.
"Together with village head Zuraini Kuting, we have notified the relevant authorities to rectify the situation," said Najib.
