KUALA LUMPUR: Indian independent power producer RKM Powergen Pvt Ltd, an 18.93 per cent associate company of Mudajaya Corporation Bhd (MCB), has entered into a pilot agreement for procurement of power with PTC India Ltd to supply 550 MW of power for a period of three years.
MCB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mudajaya Group Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Mudajaya said RKM Powergen was expected to start supplying power from February 2019 after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant agencies and authorities.
