KUALA LUMPUR: Guocoland (Malaysia) Bhd is offering up to RM300,000 rebates on all BMW models for purchases of its luxurious DC Residensi Apartment in Damansara Heights here.
The property arm of the Hong Leong Group said the campaign, in collaboration with BMW dealer Ingress Auto, was exclusively for local home buyers looking for impeccable service and luxury lifestyle in the heart of Damansara Heights.
“DC Residensi residents can enjoy seamless integration with the five-star Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, the convenience of a food-centric lifestyle DC Mall and the efficient proximity of Grade A offices, all within the 8.5-acre freehold mixed use development of Damansara City,” Guocoland Malaysia group managing director Datuk Edmund Kong said in a statement.
Spread over two 28-storey residential towers, DC Residensi comprises 370 contemporary-designed serviced apartments of one bedroom to 3+1 bedroom units and penthouses.
The typical units have built-up areas ranging from 904 square feet to 2,702sf. THey are priced between RM1.7 million for typical layout and RM5.9 million to RM8.9 million for penthouse.
Guocoland said the typical units were more than 70 per cent sold, with the majority bought by the growing upper-class locals annd affluent expatriates from China, Singapore and Hong Kong, among others.
