PETALING JAYA: Acer Malaysia has announced new models under the Veriton, TravelMate and Chromebook Spin range. The new additions are aimed at providing more options for users in the professional and business environment.
Acer Sales and Services Sdn Bhd's general manager of products, sales and marketing, Chang Weng Hong says, “The commercial market is very important; it accounts for more than 40 per cent our global revenue. The introduction of new additions to our existing popular series expands our lineup to meet market demand.”
The Acer Veriton Z4660G is an all-in-one device for businesses, and it is powered by 8th Gen Intel Core i+ processors with Intel Optane technology for a smoother and more responsive computing performance, with better screen viewing of 21.5 inch wide full HD LED display and security plus privacy features – Acer ProShield, HDD password protection and anti-theft screws.
Come in two processor options - Intel Core i3-8100 or i5-8500 - the Acer Veriton N4660G is a flexible, customisable and powerful mini PC for enterprise and business. The N4660G offers special cut-through holes on the top, side and front chassis to help facilitate airflow during ventilation process keeping the desktop running cooler and longer.
Both Acer Veriton N series and Z series desktop range prices start from RM2,899.
Designed for true professionals, the Acer TravelMate X3310 is a business-class laptop suitable for multi-tasking and heavy daily workloads. The laptop features up to 32GB DDR4 memory and 256GB M.2 PCle SSD for serious productivity and it is packed with 3 cell Li-ion battery that can last up to 15 hours.
Certified with US military testing standards, the Acer Travel Mate X3310 offers durability and can withstand a drop from up to 122cm. It retails at RM4,099.
Meanwhile, the Acer Chromebook Spin 13 is a convertible with 360-degree hinges for use as tablet, laptop, display unit or tent mode too. It comes with 8GB LPDDR3 memory with up to 64GB on board its eMMC storage. This is the first Chromebook that runs on 8th Gen Intel Core i processor.
The Chromebook Spin 13 fully supports Android apps via Google Play store. Now users can have access to Chrome apps and more than two million android apps for productivity, connectivity and continuous fun. The Chromebook Spin 13 is priced at RM3,599.
