KUALA LUMPUR: Garena Free Fire's Rampage is back in 2021 for the third year.
This year's Rampage: New Dawn is followed after previous Rampage campaigns which are Rampage: Redemption in 2019, and Rampage: Uprising in 2020.
For this year's campaign, Garena Free Fire is partnering with DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike for an exclusive theme song for Rampage.
The dynamic DJ-duo have come together to produce a 'Rampage' theme song for fans to enjoy in Free Fire on Spawn Island from Jun 9 or listen to the song from June 11.
The theme song inspires players to keep on fighting, a continuation of Garena Free Fire's previous 2 Rampage campaigns.
The Rampage: New Dawn takes place in a futuristic oriental city filled with despair, where Drake, Rajah, Speedy, and Aurora become the world's needed vigilantes.
They were deceived into an experiment for a mutation program and held captive.
They would be monitored and grow stronger, faster, and faster in a controlled environment.
Beginning from June 18, global survivors will get to join in combat against the captors and help escape with themed collection items such as the Volcanic Whirlwind Skyboard and the Earthshaker Stomp pan skin.
A male costume bundle, Shadow Earthshaker Bundle, will be awarded for free to all players as they log in and complete selected missions during the period as a celebration of Rampage: New Dawn
Experiencing characters' full potential
From June 26, Garena Free Fire is introducing a new model for Rampage: New Dawn for players to experience the protagonists' full potential that follows the classic battle Royale mode.
Users get to pick up runes across the map and attain runes to unlock the characters' special up to 20 attributes
By levelling up, users are equipped for more intense battles with both their friends and foes.
Users get to explore the best combo in a bid to be the most formidable player on the battlefield.
