Get your Red Velvet album autographed

THE South Korean girl group Red Velvet, which will be heading here later this month, has drawn huge interest among its fans.

So much so that tickets to its Rookie mini album event, slated for April 23 at the Bentley Music Auditorium in Mutiara Daman-sara, were snapped up within 24 hours.

Due to such an overwhelming response, the organisers, Universal Music Malaysia, has decided to have another fan-meet session on April 22 at 6pm. To be held at the LG Concourse of Berjaya Times Square, the event is opened to the public. However, only 200 lucky fans will get their albums signed.

Fans who would like to get their albums autographed must redeem the autograph pass (while stocks last). To redeem the pass, fans will have to purchase
the group’s latest mini album Rookie from selected CD Rama outlets and submit their details and proof of purchase at https://lnk.to/rvfansigning before April 17.

Red Velvet is here to promote its latest record (a follow-up of its mini album Russian Roulette, released last year) and interact with fans.

Marking the quintet’s debut appearance in Malaysia, it comprises Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy and Yeri. However, Joy, who is currently busy on a film set, will not be able to join the gang this time around.

Fans can also take part in the Red Velvet Dance Cover competition, where they (solo or group acts) can submit a video of themselves dancing to the group’s popular songs. All videos must be uploaded onto Universal Music Malaysia Regional Facebook page before 11.59pm, April 16.

The video with the highest number of “likes” will get the opportunity to dance in front of Red Velvet as well as take a photo with its members.

Red Velvet’s debuted its first EP Ice Cream Cake in 2015, and it topped music charts in South Korea.
