SHOULD you find Malaysia’s No. 1 singer in your inbox having replied your email, you might want to be a little wary.
Siti’s manager and personal assistant, Rozi Abdul Razak urges caution and recently revealed that there had been a cheeky individual masquerading as the beloved songstress in cyberspace who replies to fan mail.
Interestingly enough, she came across a particular fan who had kept an email of Siti’s alleged reply which was sent from way back in 2003.
“Who has got email replies from Datuk Siti Nurhaliza?” wrote Rozi in a recent Facebook entry on an online fan club for Siti.
Rozi further explained in writing that she had got wind of this matter while in the process of compiling material for an upcoming book on the award-winning artiste.
“This was a printed copy of one of those emails from a fan that I stumbled upon while going through a series of cut-out newspaper articles that was loaned to me,” she wrote.
She added: “There are people who still believe this to be true. A lot of unexpected things do happen though and cases like this have been going on from back then already. Siti never replied to any of those emails.”
