KUALA LUMPUR: When Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin decided to take some time off recently, her fans wonder what she has been up to.
Speculations abound from the country’s No. 1 singer being no longer relevant to the music scene, right up to her carrying a child.
However, in a report by BH Online yesterday, the singer’s manager, Rozi Abdul Razak who is also Siti’s sister-in-law, said that after two decades active in the music scene, Siti had all the reasons to take a break.
“After 21 years being in the industry without taking a break for more than a month at a time, it’s high time that she gets some rest,” said Rozi who uploaded a an image of them in Siti’s kitchen at her home in Bukit Antarabangsa, Selangor on her Instagram yesterday.
Rozi also said that the 38-year-old singing sensation realised how much she is missed by her fans, and wanted her fans to watch and enjoy her recently-released music video, available on YouTube Vevo.
Entitled Aku Bukan Malaikat, this is her third single taken off her latest album SimetriSiti.
