KUALA LUMPUR: Singaporean actor Aaron Aziz is not allowed by his wife Diyana Halik to act in any action film for the time being.
Diyana, who is also the 41-year-old actor’s manager, said that her husband had not recovered from osteoarthritis, which had been affecting his left shoulder and neck.
“Prior to this, he couldn’t even go for shooting for almost three months, but thankfully there’s some improvement.
“However, as he has yet to recover completely, he has to be very careful so that his condition doesn’t worsen,” said Diyana, who was with Aaron at the launch of Rocketfuel Entertainment in Petaling Jaya yesterday.
Diyana also added that she had to be adamant with her decision as Aaron needed to rest now to get back into top form.
“Without fully recovering, he could possibly worsen the condition and may even end up having to stop acting for six months or longer,” explained Diyana.
