KUALA LUMPUR: Having recently gone through a rough patch in her personal life due to a break-up has inspired singer Elizabeth Tan to embark on a spiritual journey, to better herself as an individual.
The Knock-Knock singer revealed that she is currently learning about various religions, including Islam.
“I’ve been reading and watching many videos through YouTube. There is a channel I watch where the content isn’t only limited to one religion only.
“From there I try to develop a deeper understanding on various religions,” said the 24-year-old.
“However should and when I choose to embrace a certain religion, let me do it on my own will. I’d want to understand the religion as a whole first,” she said in a recent news report.
Tan, or better known as Lizzy who is currently focusing more on her acting, will be starring in an indie film titled Escape out next year, alongside actor Kamal Adli.
