SHAH ALAM: At 10.50am today, actress Dynas Mokhtar bade farewell to her single mother status.
The 35-year-old artiste has tied the knot with businessman Mohamad Shazrik Che Mohd Din, 36, at her home here, witnessed by some 150 guests comprising family members and close friends.
The marriage was solemnised by the bride's father Datuk Wan Mokhtar Wan Mohd.
Dynas received RM1,001 as her dowry and RM30,000 and jewellery as wedding gifts from the groom.
Her “dulang girls” were her fellow celebrity friends Yasmin Hani, Aisyah Sinclair, Daphne Iking, Atilia and Sazzy Falak while Scha Alyahya was her bridesmaid.
The newlyweds who have known each other for the past four years got engaged on Oct 26 last year.
The wedding reception on the bridegroom's side will be held on April 28 in Damansara, to be followed by another reception on May 5 at a leading hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
This is Dynas second marriage. She has two children from her previous marriage -Khyra Khalyssa, 8, and Mohamed Haqaish, 6.
