#Showbiz: Footballers are my type, says Elizabeth

KUALA LUMPUR: Singer-songwriter Elizabeth Tan may not be good at the beautiful game, but she admits having a soft spot for footballers.

The 26-year-old star of Misteri Dilaila received a roaring applause from football-loving Netizens yesterday when she admitted to admiring Harimau Malaya wannabes on Twitter.

In her brief tweet yesterday, Elizabeth said: “One of my weakness is guys yang power main bola sepak (one of my weaknesses is guys who are good at football). Hehehe! That’s all I want to share today. Bye!”

Among the Netizens who praised Elizabeth for her admission was Liverpool Football Club fan Hafizudin Abdullah who said: “YNWA (you’ll never walk alone) Elizabeth!”

“Tolong cakap aku pandai main bola (tell her that I am good at football),” said CAH.

“Time to find a Malaysian Messi, Elizabeth!” said Amirul.

“Perhaps you should meet my good friend Mizi. He’s single and good at football," said Dan.

Elizabeth has just completed filming Astro Ria's Hari Raya drama Senafas Rindu Raya in which she plays Vivianna, the love interest of Fariz, played Shafiq Kyle.

Senafas Rindu Raya is a spin-off of the drama series Senafas Rindu, which is adapted from Damya Hanna's romantic novel of the same name.

Elizabeth is also promoting her new single Semua Sudah.
