KUALA LUMPUR: Media Prima Berhad (MPB) has received five awards from the National Department For Culture And Arts (JKKN) at an appreciation night held by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (Motac) here recently.
The awards were given out as a token of appreciation for the media support it has received.
Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri presented the awards for Best Electronic Media 2021 and Best Print Media 2021 categories.
Mohd Rose Abdullah accepted the awards on behalf of the productions Malaysia Hari Ini (MHI), Wanita Hari Ini (WHI), Borak Kopitiam (BK) and Melodi.
Meanwhile Harian Metro features editor Hartini Mat Nawi and Berita Harian journalist Zubir Mohd Yunus took home Best Print Media 2021.
