#Showbiz: Search to hold 'Konsert Endemik' at Zepp Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR: Rock band Search, comprising Amy, Nasir, Hillary Ang and Man Kidal, is set to have an epic concert called Konsert Endemik on June 4.

The concert will be held at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, the country's new world class concert hall, and it is the culmination of Search's long musical journey.

In a statement today, Amy said that Konsert Endemik would not be the usual run-of-the-mill event.

"Zepp Kuala Lumpur and those attending will witness our best concert yet. This venue has all the facilities required for a concert of international level and I am confident that our fans will get to experience the magnificence of Konsert Endemik," he said.

Amy added: "It is important for us to ensure that the concert is delivered at the highest standard, so we are not compromising on quality, safety and all other factors that makes an all-round brilliant night."

Zepp Hall Network Incorporated was established in 1998 and it has 11 concert halls around the world including nine in Japan, one in Taiwan and the latest addition in Kuala Lumpur.

Zepp Kuala Lumpur which is located in Bukit Bintang is newly-built at a cost of RM100 million with a capacity of 2,500 people.

Konsert Endemik organiser LOL Asia's chief executive officer Rizal Kamal said that Search would be the first artiste to perform in a solo concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.

"We are very proud of this three-pronged collaboration between Search, LOL Asia and Zepp Kuala Lumpur. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including a high-tech audio and lighting system, a stadium-style audience layout, VIP boxes and other features for an epic concert."

Amy said: "Along with my band members, Nasir, Hillary and Man Kidal, we can't wait to meet all our fans, especially since they have been waiting a long time for this moment to happen."
