KUALA LUMPUR: Oscar winner Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh will be returning to the prestigious event this year as a presenter for one of the categories.

According to a recent Variety news report, Yeoh's 'Everything Everywhere All At Once' co-stars Ke Huy Quan and Jamie Lee Curtis will also be presenting during the Oscars ceremony at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, USA.

Yeoh and company were among the first group of presenters announced for this year's 96th edition of the renowned annual awards event, which also included Zendaya, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicolas Cage and Al Pacino.

TV host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel will return as host for the fourth time for the Academy Awards, set to take place on March 10.

Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer' tops the nomination list in this year's ceremony with 13, followed by Yorgos Lanthimos' 'Poor Things' (11) and Martin Scorsese's 'Killers Of The Flower Moon' (10).

Yeoh, 61, won the Best Actress award last year for her role as Evelyn Wang in the 2022 sci-fi action drama 'Everything Everywhere All At Once', which saw her become the first Malaysian to win an Oscar.
