KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Ruhainies has travelled to Makkah and Madinah to perform the Umrah pilgrimage and have the opportunity to fast and celebrate Aidilfitri there.
Ruhainies, whose real name is Nur Ruhainies Farehah Zainul Ilyas, 32, said she had long dreamed of this moment, and it has finally become a reality.
"Dreams do come true. Wanting to experience Ramadan and Eid in the Holy Land. Alhamdulillah. Allah is the best planner," she wrote in a post on her Instagram Story today.
In early March, the entertainment world was abuzz when Ruhainies and actor Aliff Aziz were caught in a khalwat raid by the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) at a condominium in the capital.
Aliff's wife, Bella Astillah, recently revealed that Aliff had visited Ruhainies' house eight times.
Shortly after that, speculation arose that the actress had gotten married, as her name was registered with the title "Mrs." or "Puan" in a business transaction in London.
Her name was also associated with another individual in the establishment of a company.
Additionally, a picture of a house in London raised questions about its connection to her.
Harian Metro attempted to contact Ruhainies yesterday (April 8) to obtain further clarification regarding the rumors of her alleged marriage circulating on social media, but the WhatsApp message sent received no response.
