TANJUNG MALIM: A man was killed when he lost control of the wheels and his car skidded into a ditch here this afternoon.
The accident happened about 12.45pm at Km391.3 of the North South Expressway here.
The victim has been identified as Allan Dowse, 56, from Petaling Jaya. He died on the spot after he was pinned to the driver's seat.
According to a spokesman from the Tanjung Malim Fire and Rescue Department, when firemen arrived at the scene, they found that the victim's Nissan Cefiro was already inside the ditch and he was pinned to his seat.
He said firemen had used a rescue cutter to free the victim.
