SEREMBAN: Three died, two seriously injured and seven slightly injured in an accident involving two trailers and an express bus at Km264.3 of the North-South Highway just after the Seremban exit here today.
According to Fire and Rescue Department spokesman the accident took place at around 3pm.
It is learnt that an empty trailer travelling from Kuala Lumpur heading to Johor Baru had lost control and entered the opposite lane.
A trailer carrying wood and an express bus travelling from Johor Baru could not avoid the trailer.
The express bus driver, a female passenger and the empty trailer driver all died at scene.
14 firemen from the Seremban 2 and Nilai Fire Stations were rushed to the scene as well as four Civil Defence Department (JPAM) ambulances.
The deceased and victims were rushed to the Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital nearby.
