AMPANG: A five-year-old boy fell to his death from the eighth floor of his apartment at Taman Nirwana, here, today.
Ampang Jaya police chief ACP Khairuldin Saad who confirmed the incident said in the 8am incident, the victim, Muhammad Hadif Hadfi Mohd Nazim was alone in the house, while his maid went to the market.
"The boy was said to be sleeping when the maid left the house.
"However, when she returned minutes later, she saw him lying on the ground floor of the apartment, lifeless," he said.
Khairuddin said the boy succumbed severe head injuries at the scene.
