MRCB undertakes Cyberjaya City Centre project

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) inked a joint venture agreement this morning with Cyberview Sdn Bhd to undertake a RM11 billion project in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

MRCB, via it's property arm MRCB Land Sdn Bhd will develop the first phase of the project known as Cyberjaya City Centre (CCC), which will generate a gross development value of RM5.35 billion over seven years.

“CCC will be the pioneering development that nurtures, encourages, harness and showcases creative and innovative ideas to life, subsequently becoming a conducive eco-system that will allow these ideas to be commercialised,” said Cyberview managing director, Faris Yahaya.

The development will be consolidated into three zones - vibrant, tech & enterprise, and gateway zone.
