SELAMA: A 44-year-old carpenter was killed when his motorcycle hit a wild boar at Kampung Masjid Ijok, Batu Kurau near here today.
In the 7am incident, Aziz Wahab succumbed to his injuries while being treated at Selama Hospital.
District police chief Deputy Superintendent Loo Lian Lay said the incident happened when the victim was on his way to his workplace at a secondary school here.
He said the victim suffered serious head injuries and was rushed to the hospital by passers by.
