BN machinery to go all out tomorrow, says DPM

SIBU: The Barisan Nasional machinery has been instructed to double its efforts in gaining the support of voters on the last day of campaigning tomorrow.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said BN candidates and workers needed to meet with as many voters as possible tomorrow, besides ensuring a high voter turnout on Saturday.

Zahid stressed the party machinery needed to utilise its strengths, as well as its logistics superiority, to make sure Sarawakians voted for BN’s candidates.

“I know all of you are tired, but please remain focused for one more day.

“Double your efforts to achieve this one goal: the total victory of our BN candidates,” he said during a walkabout program at the Maling longhouse in Sungai Aup here today.

Accompanying him was BN’s candidate for the Bawang Assan state seat, Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh.
