KUALA PILAH: An octogenarian was killed after being knocked down by an MPV at KM1 Jalan Kuala Pilah - Bahau, in front of the Civil Defence Department office, this morning.
Soo Geok Suan, 89, who was walking to the town from her house, died at the scene in the 6.40am incident.
It was believed that the MPV, which was heading from Bahau to Seremban, had hit the victim from behind.
It is learnt that her remains were sent to Tuanku Ampuan Najihah Hospital for an autopsy.
