Grab Malaysia launches #SavewithGrab campaign, unveiling new updates and enhanced features in app

KUALA LUMPUR: Grab Malaysia has introducedm the #SavewithGrab campaign, a demonstration of the company's commitment to affordability, which includes new updates and enhanced features within the Grab application.

Grab Malaysia head of marketing, Hassan Alsagoff said that Grab was committed to serve every Malaysian, regardless of his or her location, in every manner possible.

"Leveraging our technology and scale, these additions to our platform help to keep us relevant in the current economic climate."

The #SavewithGrab will not just provide consumers with more affordable choices but also present additional chances to economise.

"By creating more orders and bookings, it can also generate more earning opportunities for our merchants and delivery partners," he said.

In order to reach a broader range of consumers, the features are designed to appeal to budget-conscious and price-sensitive customers.

This includes more affordable delivery options on GrabFood, enhanced group order functionality, the introduction of long-term GrabUnlimited subscription plans, and the GrabFood Dine-In feature.

Hassan added that for merchants and partners, the Stamp Card loyalty programme would allow them to reward loyal customers.

"The tool aims to help businesses grow customer loyalty by rewarding them for their patronage both online via Grab and in store too."

Hassan hoped that the latest updates would enable consumers to keep coming back and allow Grab to reach and serve a wider range of consumers than before.
