KUALA LUMPUR: The 2022 Auditor General's Report revealed that Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) Property Development Management had failed to collect land lease revenue for two projects.
Auditor General Datuk Wan Suraya Wan Mohd Radzi said that the total land lease revenue that failed to be collected amounted to RM11.49 million.
The two projects are the St. Regis Hotel development project for RM3.19 million since 2018, and land lease for the Tok Senik Village Project amounting to RM8.30 million since 2003.
