KUALA LUMPUR: A heartwarming video capturing an immigration officer assisting in tidying up a young girl's hair, presumably for a passport photo, has garnered widespread praise and admiration.
The 23-second video, shared on TikTok by a user with the handle @yanaardh, shows the officer gently arranging the girl's hair while her father, seated in a wheelchair, looks on.
"I am strong, but when it comes to (matters involving a) father, I just can't. May Allah ease all the officer's affairs," read the video's caption, reflecting the scene's emotional impact.
Checks in the comment section saw that some users mentioned the officer's name as Razif, who was stationed at the UTC Pasir Gudang.
Many users said the officer, although he looks fierce, is kindhearted.
