MUAR: Police are looking for a motorist who allegedly uploaded a video of a road rage incident at Km134 of the North-South Expressway near Pagoh on Saturday.

District police chief Assistant Commissioner Raiz Mukhlis Azman Aziz said, one of the two men involved in the alleged incident, lodged a report, while the other motorist has yet to come forward.

"Based on the report lodged by one of the two parties captured in the footage, there was initially a misunderstanding between the two men, and it later escalated," he said, when contacted today.

He added police will release a statement on the incident, soon.

The one-minute-20-second video, which went viral on social media, shows a man in a yellow T-shirt driving a white Perodua Alza.

He was engaged in a heated argument with another motorist, who recorded the incident from his car.

Both vehicles were travelling along the highway, in the same direction.

The motorist believed to have recorded the incident, has yet to lodge a report.

A voice in the video claimed that the Alza driver did not allow the other motorists to overtake him, despite driving slowly on the highway.

The motorist who overtook the Alza claimed his actions angered the driver, which led to the verbal confrontation.

The motorist alleged that the Alza driver, who was clad in a yellow T-shirt with the phrase 'You Make Your Own Luck' also had a woman, and children in his vehicle, yet still behaved aggressively.
