KUALA LUMPUR: In what was seen as a surprise move, PKR announced former Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) vice-president Datuk Husam Musa as one of its candidates for the 15th General Election.
Husam will be the party's choice in Pasir Mas.
Though Husam stepped down as Amanah VP on Sept 6, 2020, he remained a party member.
It is as yet unclear whether Husam has joined PKR or is still with Amanah, a component party of Pakatan Harapan, which PKR leads.
