KUALA LUMPUR: A few throwback photos by actress Nabila Huda with her rockstar father Amy Search, has fans hoping that the father-daughter relationship be fixed.
It was previously reported that their relationship had been strained due to problems which also include an alleged fall out between Nabila and her step mother Norhasniza Hassan a.k.a Norish, who is also Amy’s wife.
It has been more than three years since the Munafik star last met her 60-year-old father.
Nabila who shared a couple of entries on her Instagram recently, wrote accompanying captions that painted her longing for her father.
In a video which sees the two performing a duet of Amy’s hit song Tiada Lagi, Nabila Huda captioned it with lyrics from the song: “Biarku simpan semua kenanganku bersamamu..”
In another post, the 34-year-old artiste shared a photo of her father planting a kiss on her forehead, with the caption: “No matter what happens.. some memories can never be replaced..”
Clearly moved by Nabila’s posts of the father-daughter special moments, many of her fans and followers expressed their hopes that the two be reunited soon.
“I know deep down inside you miss him. Be strong,” wrote a follower, while another commented: “Let’s just pray that it gets better one day. Stay strong!”
