BAGAN SERAI: A 58-year-old woman was killed while another two people were injured in a four vehicles pile-up at KM197.6 of the North-South Expressway near here today.
A state Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said another 10 people in the vehicles were unhurt in the 5.30am incident.
He said firemen managed to rescue the victims who were trapped in the vehicles and they were later sent to nearby hospital.
He said the deceased identified as Mahizan Ahmad and the two injured victims were from the same car.
